Login your main character
Click "services" in the menu on the left
Click the yellow checkmark button
On the website you can request "blue" standings and get more channels in Discord to participate in.
In Discord, you can request diplomatic contact or ask further questions. Follow the onboarding process and someone will contact you as soon as possible.
